Terms of Use

Welcome to +84KIDS.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the +84KIDS application (the “App”), developed and owned by Topskills (“We” or “Us”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for parents or legal guardians aged 18 or over. You create profiles for your child and are responsible for your child’s use of the App under your supervision.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password and account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify Us immediately of any unauthorised access.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the App (Profile › Account information › Delete account) or by following the instructions on the Delete account page.

3. Nature of assessment content

The assessments and results in the App are based on Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences, standardised and localised by Topskills, and are for reference only to help parents understand and support their child. Results are not a medical, psychological or professional educational diagnosis and do not replace expert advice.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • The App offers free features and paid monthly or yearly plans based on the number of children. The price and benefits of each plan are shown clearly in the App before purchase.
  • Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings:
    • iPhone/iPad: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
    • Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
  • Cancellation takes effect from the next period; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Deleting the App or your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel it in the store to avoid further charges.
  • Refunds are handled under Apple’s or Google’s policies.
  • Purchases can be restored on another device using the same store account via the restore purchases option in the App.

5. Intellectual property

All content, assessments, interfaces, images, logos, source code and trademarks related to the App belong to Us or Our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your family. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any part of the App without Our written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Access, interfere with or disrupt the App’s systems without authorisation.
  • Reverse engineer, copy source code or scrape content with automated tools.
  • Distribute malicious content, viruses, or unlawful or offensive material.
  • Share or resell your account or subscription to others.

7. Third-party content

Some videos in the App play through YouTube and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, We will notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after that time means you accept the changes.

11. Terms for iOS users

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
