Delete your +84KIDS account

This page explains how to request deletion of your +84KIDS app account (developer: Topskills) and all related data.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. 1Open the +84KIDS app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to the Profile tab › Account information.
  3. 3Scroll down to the Privacy section at the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
  4. 4Confirm with your password, or with Google / Apple if you signed in that way.

Option 2: Request by email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email info@topskills.com.vn from your account’s email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask for more information to verify you own the account before processing, and will confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

  • Account information: name, email, password, Google / Apple sign-in links.
  • All child profiles: name, gender, date of birth, avatar.
  • Children’s assessment results, development plans, practice logs and progress.
  • Sign-in sessions on every device.

Deletion timeline

  • You are signed out of every device as soon as you make the request.
  • The account and all data above are permanently deleted after 30 days and cannot be recovered.
  • If you change your mind, just sign in again within 30 days and the request is cancelled.
  • Some information may be kept longer where required by law.

About subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first to avoid further charges:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
  • Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.

If you signed in with Apple

The app revokes Sign in with Apple when you delete your account. If the app says it could not, open Settings › [your name] › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple (or account.apple.com), choose +84KIDS and tap Stop Using Apple ID.

Only want to delete one child profile?

You can delete the selected child profile under Profile › Account information › Privacy section and keep your account. The child’s data is permanently deleted after 30 days, and you can cancel the request during that time.
